Whoa! just a quick summary of how many new members had come on board within the last few days;

19 new members today (wed)
17 new members yesterday (tues)
19 new members on monday just gone
19 new members on sunday just gone

Where are they all coming from I wonder :!:

It's good to see that new memberships are going really strong, although majority of these new members never post anything... come on those of you who have recently signed up, don't hesitate to post something!

I suspected fake accounts but no, they do look quite legitimate amazingly enough

I'm using a good method to prevent those spammers from signing up creating fake accounts, it doesn't really happen anymore.

How bout you limit new members access to certain areas until they put a couple posts up? atleast an introduction?

Could end up with CRAP quality of posts tho. Surely it is better to have silent members than those that post s#!t just because they have to.

maddog ur right its a little bit mind boggling top think that anzac weekend we were getting to 5000
now 6500 there abouts.
i just tried something like typed hilux into google and the site is on the first page so we are out there
