Even if you wanted a 10" lift if it was theoretically possible will still not allow you to run much more than a 33/34" tyre if you still want all your suspension travel.
The front bodymount is and always will be the limitation on these vehicles. Even if trimmed.
If you want to through the rule book right out the window then Id suggest a 6" Rough Country or ProComp Lift for the Tacoma where they cut your front crossmember and replace it to gain 6" of lift.
Even with that they "barely" fit 35" tyre with a mount trim.
Dont forget the increased centre of gravity etc etc etc.
End of the day its upto you. I'd rcommend a Monster Rides Kit at 4" and a 2" bodylift but hey thats my biased opinion.
