New Chat

Postby Dave on Fri, 27 Mar 2009 11:41 +0000

Hi Everyone,

I have installed a new chat module, which is found at the bottom of the main index of the site and there's also a Chat button up the top as well...

We'll see how this one performs, looks like it integrates quite nicely into the forum on the main page and being you can see it when you first log in, the chat might get used a bit more often as you can see how many people are in there very easily.

Let us know what you think...

Cheers,
Dave

In ham radio talk, we call that QSL or confirm or roger.

Of course, roger is universally understood.

Roger?

Dave,

is it possible that once you have identified someone on line that you are interested in chatting to, you can put in there "tag", send them a message and they get a message pop up?

Just a thought.

You could always use PM's for that.. that'll pop up (if they've got it enabled (by default))..
