Ok OK i know this is a well bashed thread but....im getting some tax back and the misses has approved some new wheels for the beast.
Thinkin to upgrade to 16 inch rims and wanna know what size rims and tyres fit best in the 06 dual cab.
Of course BFG tyres.
So input please.

first question should be, do you have a suspension lift, or flares, and if so how big do you really want to go and how big do you need to go?

after this, the answers should be pretty easy.

if stock, you should be able to fit 265/70x16 easily, 265/75x16 will rub abit if you go offroad.

or you can go 235/85x16 which is a skinnier tyre but about 31.6" diameter.

choice is yours mate!

skypilot,

mmaaxx's advise is solid for your Hilux based on stock suspension.

Cheers
