Diego, is you're main rail that sits under the cab 50x25 RHS? I think it makes sense now how uve got it mounted underneath
Oh ok I see where you're coming from Steve. Suppose having the bolt on top would be better then through because if you land on it hard the worst it can do is lift the bolt above the chassis rail rather then shock loading it and possibly creating a weak spot where it ran through the chassis rail.
Did brooksy do the same as Diego with a bit of angle up the front near the gearbox crossmember?
