Thanks guys maybe the best option is to take off the bumper and give it to the panel beater to paint professionally. Hope it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to do so. Then I can just reinstall it myself.dave g wrote:Or just give it to a smash repairs they can paint it in there spray booth

Yes prime it will make it easier to cover the black with white
Talk to your paint supplier to get the right primer and paint look on the vin plate for the paint #
Make sure you scrub all over with wet and dry sand paper and use water with it not dry around 200 to 400 grit should be all right
And multiples light coats spaced out so you don't get runs and a good spray gun.
