The engine is making power as soon as you drop it in gear, this is why it lurches forward when you put it in park and take your foot of the brake. Too much drive line wind up.
Not sure but these days that may be easily fixed with a software upgrade. Hope so anyway as I'm dubious about the tail shaft upgrade.
