Yep we all definitely shortened the life of our tyres on the last day. Yeah Brusa sent me a picture from the lookout. I reckon the bike would handle those corners a tad better than a fully loaded hilux.
amitch888 wrote:Well got home from the easter long weekend and noticed a heap of oil sprayed all over the tow bar and everywhere else under the rear of the tray. On a closer look oil was coming from between the diff housings on the rear diff, drained it out and only got just over 2 litres out of the original 3 litres. Decided to check all the bolts around the housing only to find everyone of them loose. Tightened them back up and hopefully it will be right now but i'll keep an eye on it. Utes done about 168,000kms and as far as I know the diff has never been opened up, so why they come loose im not sure....
amitch888 wrote:Thanks Toddie, im hoping that tightening the bolts is enough, wishful thinking maybe not looking forward to fixing it properly! So no idea on why yours come loose?
