yeah it is sad the days of people taking pride in there work are gone. even at my work there are only a handfull of guys that take pride in there work and im one of them, i look at it if im not happy with the product then neither will the customer. it all comes down to this formular: time = money lol

glad im not the only one, pick up my sr5 td dc on thursday,dent in the door,rust marks on the rear tray big dent inside the tray. when i pointed this out to the salesmen he went and got his manager and the respone was "your a tradesmen it going to get damage anyway" lucky no one else was in the dealership at the time cause i let rip, hence the car is getting fix hopefully as we speak and a nice letter to the dealer princple is in the mail.

btw stay clear of dealer on the road between the m2 and f3
