Dakar rally practice rollover in dunes, looked like a new FJ. Saw it quickly, anyone else spot it?

"In 2011, we will launch the FJ Cruiser in March, followed by a significant second-half update for HiLux and the new Yaris hatch later in the year," said David Buttner during a press conference yesterday. "After that, the renewal of our range continues, starting for the fourth quarter with the next generation Camry, followed in 2012 by the Hybrid [Camry]."

"When you look at where Toyota's poised now, in terms of its model offerings, we're fundamentally in the middle of our current generation, or indeed, the end of our current generation [for a large number of models]. When we think back to 2007, when Toyota launched seven next-generation cars, that's always a very buoyant time for the franchise.

"[New models] attract customers and always lead to a huge boom in sales. We are now poised to commence that journey again over the next two years."

thats wrong.....camry hybrid is already out...not in 2012.

i reckon this forthcoming hilux upgrade will be what most have been waiting for....prado d4d and an extra cog in the box.....just an educated guess

Local news just ran a story on a storm we had last night on the coast. Was showing a caravan park at Pomona and guess what was taking up most of the screen, a new FJ in blue! Looked awesome! They interviewed the owner, was Glen Gall from Kedrom Caravans....

Truck also had FJ promotion type stickers down the side....

I take that back, maybe they have grown on me, headed into Echuca today and went past Toyota and they had one out front on the lawn for show so I had to stop in for a look, I like it a lot more then I thought I ever would, with a decent front bar I think these might be ok, ive changed my mind so much id even consider buying one..... but to small for a family car i think. Bloke told me it will be registered and ready for test drives in a few days!

I would buy one with out a doubt, but not having a tray won't be happening.
I like my tray to much, and I use it all the time for work and on the farm...

Yet still won't stop me from having a test drive!!

I may get my wife a new car in the next 6 months and she was looking at a Jeep Wrangler but I think the FJ may get a look in.
