G'day Ben,

We just drilled a couple of holes on the lower 'angled' section. It seemed like the only place.

Love it for a couple simple reasons -

1) They are light
2) They give a heap load of approach angle
3) They give heaps of clearance infront of the actual tyre so you can crawl up things that are beside you rather than the
bullbar fouling on the obstacle first.
4) The way they are mounted is behind the end of the chassis rail and on the side of it, reducing alot of the stress and
weight that leads to many other branded bars to crack the chassis'

They come with the front bash plate, same as the one in Avenger4x4's photo that has XROX on it. From most places even ebay you get it free but Opposite lock sell some with and some without (from what I have been told) and could not confirm I would get one.

Well the bar has now been orderd (thanks Matt for your help)

has anyone mounted an Iornman winch in one of these bar's (std bolt pattern I believe) is there enough room to mount the control box in the bar also and how does one use the lever to engage the winch?

you can do it but it is a lot of fig around. i have the iron man winch in my xrox and it leaves little room to have the box in the bar... your best off moving it into the engine bay and running cables from there.

The number plate...

Bolts onto the existing Winch holes so no extra prep work is required. Number plate is backed with steel to top it disforming in river crossings etc...

Adds to the protection of the spotties whichc seem to hand a few mm out from the standard bar...

I should also point out, its worth drilling a few small drain holes into the bottom tube near the mount as they tend to collect water.... (And not just due to being submerged....    )
