Quick question what engine do I have

Well I can get a second hand dp cheap for $450 but trying to fiqure out if it will fit my 06 hilux kun26r turbo diesel. The bloke said it will fit a 1kd-ftv engine has my hilux got this engine?

Yes- 1kd-ftv = 3.0 turbo diesel d4d 2005>

There was a change to the engine management on them early 07 or thereabouts changing from a 3pin common rail plug to a 6 pin.

Gday fellas. How does the common rail plug unplug? Mine seems to be stuck. Iv tried pulling it with my fingets and trying to slide it accross with multigrips but i don't wanna go breaking it. I have an 05 sr5. Much appreciated
