G'day All. Does anyone know of any way to protect the paint under the door handles. It looks like the bloody dog's been scratching at the door.:(

1. cut your finger nails? 8-)

2. don't allow females open your doors, open it for them.

You could always try put some stick-on motorcycle carbon fiber, the stuff they stick on their fuel tanks to protect them. :)

Hey Waz, try clear contact. Just make sure area is clean, cut out the shape your want to fit under door handle (gee hope this is for the out side you wanted ?), peel off contact back & set in place! Done! Renew when needed. ;)

I agree with doinit, clear contact is the go, my brother in law shows a corvette with the morphing paint and he religiously uses clear contact around the door handles and areas that would stone chip. Works a treat and the resin left when you remove it cleans off with a bit of metho. Also I can highly recommend a product called the 'Paint Doctor' comes in a red and black tube from Supercheap Auto for about $12 bucks, its a Carnauba wax product and works beautifully. PS can't help but think that you're gonna be worried if you go bush!!
