In short you need either a diff drop setup to allow you to raise the front more or SAS it. Have a look through the various posts here and you'll find there is heaps of info on what different people have done.

guys... this is in the 1988-2005 model hilux area..

no need for diff drop etc, big springs, big struts and a body lift.. as high as you want to go !

WANT TO LIFT HIGHER

Body lifts need to be engineered in most states even if the vehicle doesn't have air bags. The engineering isn't too hard in the older vehicles but is still required to keep everything legal.

apparently the rules in W.A. are a total of 2 inches lift. If you get 1 inch of lift just from tyres you are only allowed to put in another 1 inch lift in suspension.

But your rules would support approval of a high lift up to 150mm with an independent engineer.

Hold on for another month or two if you can and Monster Rides will have a 3" to 4" lift that wont compromise CV angles like a typical coil over lift does due Monster Rides's new diff mounts and isnt a drop bracket type lift either.

The choice is yours my friend - you have 3 options given to you within this thread alone.
