Yeah Max as it sits thats the standard 84' Springs, No lift at all so hopefull it will still be around the same height after Ruf and ifs rears go in, It will be running an 09 rear diff which are around 70 mm wider overall and ifs hub spacers up front so its still going to be wider plus im thinking of sticking some wheel spacers on too. I want it as wide as possible but still able to get it on my truck/trailer.

I got the email from lowrange saying the full spool came in and everythings been shipped. I still need to get some longfields and hub gears for the front though.

an 09 rear diff is still wider than the solid axle front with the IFS spacers. Buddy had a great pic a year or so ago he put up opn one of the forum with a current model lux and the front setup as you said showing the difference between the two.

Might be an option to run an 80 series front diff to keep the track width the same and mod it to accept front leaves.

That'd be nice and wide setup on this model truck.

Yeah Max the Front diff with spacers should be 58.5" Wide and the rear will be 60.5" so I could just run 25mm wheel spacers on the front to even it out. ATM I'll just got this way as I've already purchased a lot of parts to suit this housing.

Last night we got the rear end stripped and setup the Ifs rears and Shackles i made. Removed all Load leafs and also the spring clamps (will need to setup a trac bar).

Also my brother and I are driving to Rockhampton to pick up a 22RE Injected 2.4 with the harness ecu and all accesories, Also grabbing a Pair of turbos of the same guy (Garrett t3/t4 ta3016 and ta3017) Both Recoed. So will Be running a single turbo setup on the 22Re My father in law is a Boily and makes his own manifolds for Rotarys so will get himto knock one up.

Nothing much has happened, But i did mount the 05+ rear diff under the springs and threw the -44's on to see how wide it is... Its WIIIIDDDDEEEE!

Will have to see buddy for a pair of spring perches as the chassis are different widths i'll need to relocate the perchs and i'll rotate the housing a bit as i'm going to run a 1 piece rear shaft. Apparently my parts from lowrange are in Aus so hopefully they show up monday/tuesday and i can start having some fun. Also scored a Bigger Mig from work with a traveller whick will make welding easy (Family company so i just pinch the bottle of gas on the weekends )

Some progress Pics, Chassis is done and ready to head off to get sandblasted and painted 2K Gloss Black. Hoops, Ifs box, Dropped hanger, Track bar mounts, Boxed in rear with recovery hooks and rear crossmember cut out.

Ive got all the bits to get the body sprayed and will be doing that in the coming weeks.

Also got a Flywheel and a Brass Button clutch to slap the 22RE to G52 Box Cant wait im hoping we have it done by Hilux Meet!

how much fun is a that clutch gunna be offroad ? In the mud you wouldn't want anything less but in the rocks its gunna suck a bit . Maybe if you gear it deep enuff - just stay in 1st low ?

Haha it's getting a stinger hoop on a tube bar.. If it doesn't look good I'll bin it.

I think the clutch will be fine, I'm not planning on snapping between gears constantly. It was cheap, I'll see how it goes.

Started rubbing the can back last night. After work today I'll be getting the paint etc!
