Finally got around to getting the BMC done, got a little extra taken off just in case on day i do decide to go 37" tyres also had some tabs welded on for the light bar which has been sitting around in the shed for awhile. Now hopefully tomorrow on Wednesday ill have the new rubber on and will need to think of the next stage in the project.

Took her out on the weekend with Max to flex her up and seeing where she rubs and what needs to be trimmed, also fitted a set of swaybar disconnects. Will have to get the dremel and mallet out :D

That flex looks great, Who needs solid axles?
Where did you get the disconnects and do they fit the hilux?

Disconnects are a Monster Rides item, they sure do fit the hilux and alot of members are runing them:

I snapped an OEM sway bar connect due to increased flex with Rekon and it ripped the shit out of my CV boot... I recommend the Swaybar disconnects and am running them now.
