No update for awhile.
I had the 4.56's installed with a true trac in the rear.
So far it's amazing. Wish I did the gears earlier.
Drives like a different car and the speedo is finally back to normal now.
Haven't had a good chance to test the true trac but it def locks up so far.
Also went from the claws to Goodyear MTR Kevlars.
Also another great upgrade, so much better on road than the claws.

What gear brand did you go with? Are you locked at the front or use a prado carrier?

Left the front std.
The rear is eaton.
Because I tow a boat a lot and in sand the true trac is very helpful.

Bigfoot. you dont need a prado front carrier or locker with the Nitro 4.5's as they are thick cut and fit in the standard hilux carrier/locker.

Trucks looking good Curtis. Thos MTR's are a full size 35"....any more rubbing issues over the Claws?

Good to have some fuel economy back huh? 8-)

Yeh they are 20mm taller than a mates MTZ 35's. But they are about 20mm skinnier on the shoulder of the tyre and the claws were very square edged. So that's helped a bit.
Fuel economy is awesome again. Wish i did this from the start

No, nobody makes an aftermarket 4.1 for the front diff of the hilux. Only factory options are available.

You can use any aftermarket 4.1 from current or previous gen hilux i the rears.

Awesome build! My 33" muddies are wearing out so trepps in 35" (special order) is in my list. Again, your lux looks bloody tough.
