Server issues

Just letting you all know that we experienced some unexpected server issues this afternoon, all of our sites went down around 7pm and was restored at 10:45PM AEDST

We apologise for any withdrawals you may have had experienced during this time

We experienced issues tonight around 9pm with the server suffering from excess load. All resolved now.

Hi everyone,

Just letting you know that the server has had a few intermittent issues throughout today where the site had become unresponsive or responded with errors.

We have been working through these issues and will have a resolution in place soon.
