I recieved an email today with a link and a password but it came up with Forbidden Access and the email address the email came from is not valid!!!

The link is on google but it's now dead...

You could google for "TOYOTA VIGO COMPLETE MANUAL" with the quotes and it will give you the link...

OK guys, If this bloke is not going to play fair, I am prepared to put a copy of the manual somewhere you can all access it... Now it is about 40 MB Zipped and about 58 unzipped... I don't know where I could upload it in order for you all to download it... but If any of you have any ideas let me know... The bandwith required for everybody downloading it would be pretty huge... The link I recieved is now dead too... if you are really desperate I could Email it to you folder by folder... you will need to have fast broadband.... remember its over 50mb unzipped ... since this guy has basically ripped everyone off, the money is not the issue here it is the principal, why not post the manual here, i doubt he would have any recourse if it was here, and i seriusly doubt his claims of copyright.

I would think the file is to big and maybe the guy was breaking copyright selling it anyways, as it wasn`t his to sell.

if i dont get any responce from the guy myself i will proceed to reporting him to ebay and see where we go from there.
i was a bit sceptical about the thing from the start but i thought it was worth 20 bucks .
i'd luv to have a link to where ever the service guys at toyota get there imfo

Listen guys, i got my copy last week. He apologised citing family reasons, he also offered to send me a cd if i had any problems with the download - and i didn't.
The thing is, if you're running a business or selling things on ebay, you need to be contactable or communicate with your customers so they know what is going on - maybe this guy is a bit slack, but he eventually got onto me.

Guys I have been chatting with JCarter.. I have uploaded the files to his website... you need to use a program to download the file from the site (its too big for email etc)

once installed open the program hit f8 it will open a quick connect box Enter in to this box Server or URL: www.slawed.net

username: newlux@slawed.net

password: newlux

then click connect.

on one side of the box u will see your documents folder probably. and on the other side a dir called Hilux manual... Simply click and drag it across. will probably take abit depending on your connection speed...and then it will be downloaded. Please pass your thanks onto JCarter... without him I would never have figured this out...
