Ok Fellas, so I finally went in to Toyota Service today to talk bout the Injector issues. Actually got a really helpful fella who knows all about the Injector issues and so forth...basically told me that we need to go through the process of problem solving first before we (the dude at Toyota actually) can submit a claim for the new ones.

The truck hasnt had any recalls done yet so he has booked me in for next week some time, oh and he said with a winky face, he will get them to cover the re-flash cost at the same time! Looking good so far!

Anyways Ill keep anyone interested updated on this post when things happen.
One quick thing he told me was that the 're-flash' is actually just an ECU setting that dumps more fuel in for a period of 1000-1500kms in the hope to clean the nozzles out. Once that is done I have to then leave the truck overnight with them for the parameter check. +/- 3 or more somethings either way from the factory standard settings and the injectors are no good according to Toyota. May help others..?
