Has anybody seen coil spacers for the front IFS? i'm looking for 50 to 75mm. I know OME do 10mm.

If OME have 10mm spacer they need to fit one to my setup, ever since they fitted the new suspension my truck is 10mm down on the left side , hmmm interesting there is a spacer now, they did not have this before................

Contact ironman suspension about spacers, I hear they have many different sizes for there setup, they spend a good amount of time making sure their system sits level.

Brett....Your suspension will be at different height but that sounds like a bit too much. OME comes with warranty too so if you are having problems your retailer should fix. I have the OME 2 inch kit with 10mm spacers in the front. I have achieved 60mm from the original suspenion. We also used and heavier spring though becuase I was putting 32's under it. All has worked out really well.

Hey sabb463, Yeah, 50 - 75mm might be overkill.
I just want to bring the nose level with the rear. Do you think i'll loose to much wheel travel with bigger spacers?
Cheers Wade

Snake Racing just sent me an email after my question regarding 35mm spacers for the Hilux. They have a kit available for $180. But they do not recommend to install on a vehicle that has already lifted coils
in the front.
Why would this be the case?

I would assume that it is because of the alteration to the angle of the cv shafts etc

Wade
By simply fitting trim packers and doing nothing else, yes you will lose wheel travel. The packers sit on top of the coil and in fact compress the coil by the width of the packer. ie fit 10mm packers and the coil compresses 10 mm as the coil is fitted with the confimes of the mcpherson strut. This means that that unless you also fit longer travel struts the coil will reach what is known as coil bind (coil fully compressed) ealier by whatever width packers you have fitted. 10mm packers are neither here no there as the distance is minimal, but if you were to fit anything much bigger you would lose the corresponding amout of wheel travel.
Hope this helps:)

35mm spacers should be ok on a rig not lifted... my bluemax gear really hasn't brought mine up to it's suggested 2" lift so I might investigate.
