front end sagging..........AGAIN!

I've also had extras machined through Climax, when he orders them through bilstein with grooves machined to suit. I have had an extra groove put in since new from a guy around the corner from Climax.

I had a phone call from Climax today to say Lovells are going to make us some stronger springs for our trucks after all the troubles we have been having with sagging, I believe it will be a 20mm instad of the current 19mm. Just need to wait 4-6 weeks for them to make a production run. I don't know how to compare the 19mm springs with other brands but they say their 960lb rated.

Anyone know where to get the machining done on the shocks around Melbourne or will any metal machining place do it?

front end sagging..........AGAIN!

Thanks Shane.
I can see the difference between the two. Might be able to make a sleeve to fit over the shock and the sit on the collar to raise the sag out of the front end.
Have noticed mine starting to sag a little.
