ROH Mags

Over the weekend I went camping with a few of the boys from work, during the action that followed I lost a wheel cap from one of my ROH RTX mags. I also noticed that the stickers on several others had come off. I rang ROH Victoria to find out where I could get another end cap I was going to complain about the stickers.

After mentioning the endcap the guy asked about the stickers and I mentioned I was about to complain, he is sending me over 1/2 dozen stickers and an end cap to my door, free of charge.....

WTF... Service..... I'll definably be purchasing my next set of wheels through them. Although the stickers shouldn't have come of I can understand everyone is human, the wheel cap was not their responsibility at all. Very impressed. No fuss and with a VERY happy customer....

I have the RTX ROH wheels as well. After the first week all but one of the stickers had come off. I thought some one might have peeled them off. I went back to the tyre place and they have got some more in for me now. Sounds like it may be a common problem that ROH know about, other than that I am very happy with the wheels
