Fit an N70 towbar to your N80 but try and source the aftermarket side brackets that lift the towbar higher or make your own.

I decided on the kaymar rear bar/step/towbar for the exact reason that the standard towbar sits too far below the factory step for my liking. This one also allows for swing away carriers when i want to go on extended trips out west.
