SR5 Gear Box/Diff Oil Capacity?

Can anyone tell me the oil capacity of the SR5's gear box/transfer case/diff at all please?

Need to know so that I can measure out the quantity of Nulon to be used in each.

I did RTFM but couldn't find the FIIWA so I shall RTFM again. 8-)
