Cheers Jack and Homzey, work has started on a new project using a lot of the parts from the Lux I kept. It will be registered and will be able to take the wife and kids meaning i should get a lot more use from it. Will take a while to build though. The article in 4wd Customs will give most a clue as to what it is

Hey Boof,

quick question, do you reckon the 37x12.5 sizre treps you had would fit under a sased new lux 80 series front end with say 2 or 3 inch lift with a 2 inch body lift on standard chassis and what would be the big issues if not?? - only ask cos i love treps (for play tires) and they dont come in a smaller size not that that bothers me.....

Yes if you move the diff forward during the sas I dont see why not, keep an eye on the thread Buddy has going at the moment as he is doing a sas on one and will no doubt check the clearance with a 37 once its done. 8-)

Yes Max it was parted out as for its progress with the new owner I wouldnt be expecting to see it for at least 5 years if at all. As for the Jeep thing at this stage by far the best 4b I have owned for ability so cant see me driving another built yota in the forseeable future.

Diego yeh I parted the green dual cab out and the guy that bought my tray was a gen 3 white one so chances are it was it.

Just read through this whole thread. Looked like a damn nice effort getting it to where it was at, shame it never made it through to the end.
