The one installed on my dual cab is eating into the paintwork; particularly on the tailgate. It seems that, according to my local dealership, Toyota have stopped including the clear plastic adhesive strips that prevented the edges of the liner from damaging the paint.
The end result is the edge of the over-lip liner is slowly ingesting the paintwork.

What's the general consensus on the Toyota premium bars vs arb bullbars? They definitely look to be an improvement over the previous models geneuine bullbars.

Happening right now, Mate. The tub is being repainted and the clear tape applied afterward. According to the dealership, this has become a known issue and, to Toyota's credit, is being actioned.

A massive shout-out to the Service Manager of Patterson Cheney Toyota (Danny Morrison) and to PC's Service Advisor Hans who made this happen.

Also of note, to anyone that has experienced a drive-line 'thump' when coming to a stop or just after, Toyota have acknowledged that there is an issue in the slip-joint of the prop-shaft. Allegedly, the slip-joint needs de-burring and packed with new lube.

accessory list aint that easy. there is narrow & wide body versions & to be honest its a pain in the ass compared to the older models

does anybody know the difference between a A-Deck and a J- deck tub liner ?
and what prices the tub liners for a dual cab SR5 are ?

A-deck is the SR5 tub with the smooth outside edges, and tailgate centre latch. J-deck is the SR and workmate tub, with indented edge around the outside with rope tie down points on it, and a tailgate that has two handles/openers, one each side of the tailgate.
Plus on the new models i think the a-deck (sr5) doesnt have the cargo barrier in front of the back window, it has the sports bar instead.

So i guess there are some slight differences in the inside tub design, particularly the tailgate, that needs a different liner.
