Hey Murf

I have narrowed down to 2 sets that i want it will either be 32/11.5 bighorn on a 15 x 8 black dynamic rim or a 265/75r16 MTZ on a 16 x 8 black dynamic rim they will just be my play set.

As for the staight through exhaust, what can i say i absolutly love it :D . It gives off such a tuff exhaust note now and ya can clearly hear the turbo spooling. Its actually suprising at 100kph ya cant really hear it untill you stick the boot in, so there is no drone which is gr8. The only way the muffler will be going back on is if the fuzz make me :x lmao. As for preformance there was no gain or decrese it was just for the noise .

Cheers Troy

Don't hold your breath on the lockers fellas, one day I might actually break even on this stuff....

And a year later, I might be able to afford lockers:?

But I have had a lot of fun mucking about in the shed instead of on the computer....

ya gotta love lockers ;) this was steep as, the navara that was with us lost its rear step after not being able to make it up and a 2002 hilux who was also with us front tyres got kicked that high up in the air it almost ended up landing on its back :o (crazy driver) where i just crawled up with nearly no wheelspin 8-)

well its been a while since my last update (been very busy) a few more upgrades on the lux with more exciting ones to come in the next month or two :D :D
firstly i fitted my pillar pod with the Autometer boost and EGT gauges. It wasnt an exact "bolt on'' fit to get it sitting nice, i ended up trimming it a bit and made some spacers up behind the jesus rail so it didnt sit to far in.
Image

next up i did my brake upgrade with bendix HD pads and DBA 4000 series slotted rotors 8-)

it did improve the braking a fair bit, it doesnt fade out like it used to under heavy braking with the standard pads and rotors. There is also more ''bite'' and a better pedal feel.
