Tyres, manual gearbox rebuild (synco in 2nd was getting crunchy so did all syncros bearings etc ), new heavy duty clutch, still had original and working ok, 200k major service and replaced injectors for no reason except piece of mind. Injectors thru toyota. Injectors, pipes gaskets etc $2,607.74 labour $472.74. Total 3,388.01 with gst.
Suggest book it in for a cold start diagnostics - thinks it's about $80. You get a print out of all kinds of stuff including Injectors.
You hear all kinds of stories from so called experts when you should replace Injectors but they have evolved over the years. My wife picked the car up and mechanic asked her why we changed them as thought they were fine.
Sad part I just spent over $7k on it and only use it for occasional holidays intending to keep another 10 years now seriously thinking of getting new Rouge when the facelift is released in march

1X remove and replace injectors, change fuel filter, code injectors. Commission engine, scan engine and chassis, compare live data to specifications, road test vehicle = $742.50
4X injectors (denso brand new) = $1820
1X fitting kit = $208.50
1x fuel filter = $30.15
1x consumables = $42.00
Total = $3127.48
