Its a very simple process to see if a starter is faulty or not, saves a lot of money for the sake of 5 minutes of meathodic diagnostics.
Time to take it to a professional and stop asking people on forums what part you should throw at it next. There are still thousands of dollars of parts it might be but only one of them MIGHT need replacing.
