Removal of Hard lid to install soft cover

Hi,

I have a 2016 sr5 lux, it has a hard lid and sports bars, i want to change the hard lid to a soft tonneau cover.
How do i go about the process of removing the hard lid and the hard part that surrounds the sports bar?

Is it a genuine Toyota hard lid?

The main 'lid' part is simply held in by 2x hinge pins at the back (which twist & pull out), undo the electrical plug & unclip the 2x struts... Pretty easy but helps if you had another person to help lift it off.

I haven't removed the 2x side covers but it looks easy enough to work out... (probably start by just unbolting the sports bar).
