I have seen supercharged 100 series breaking them too, not sure about the 4.2TD versions, they probably cannot easily be screwed up enough to bother the A750F.

What gear was your car in on the dyno? I got 197kw but only around 430nM. Car was in third gear. That’s a massive difference in torque between yours and mine.

Hutchyman80 wrote:Sounds like my exhaust is too big. Just measured it and I have 2.5” out the extractors into 3” single. Exhaust was done before I bought the car. Now I’ll just have to wait to see the dyno results for BBG’s hilux and decide whether to go a smaller exhaust (to suit the mods so far), or go all out on smaller s/c pulley and 7th injector. Decisions, decisions!

Has had a big cooler and temp gauge since new, never let it get hot. Trans is coming out next week so we’ll see where the brass is coming from, but can only be from converter or possibly a Bush. Fluid is clean and good and no other residue.
Will be good if you can change the ECU, mine hits the rev limiter hard at about 5700 from memory and power is still climbing strong. Looks to be heading for over 200kW at 6500 or so.
