G'day all who are following,

The date is getting closer to heading up to the cape and decided to so a little comparison. Pretty much where it all began to where I am at right now to date in the form of the ute's transformation. As this has been a long time coming I believe you don't appreciate how much has changed until you compare things side by side.

So I dug up the Very first photo of my Ute and Placed it directly under the photo I took on the weekend.
This made me smile. this was also the highest trending photo on my social media platforms.
So thought I would share it on here - let me know your thoughts!

Spitfia this is true. Very observant.
However my wife's family own the Toyota dealership, so lets just say I had a little bit more exposure/access to my vehicle when it first rolled off the truck at the dealership. ;)

Not to mention this hilux was specifically built and sent to the dealership for me as there were none in Australia with the combination of colour and accessories I wanted. Took Months, worth the wait though.

Other then I can tick [Standing at the most northern point of the Australian continent] off the list. :D

Not that this has anything to do with my 'Build' as such but it was a cracker of a trip. you can check out our trip at the links below. I will type up a trip report soon, I kept a log of kilometres, cost's etc.

Just watched while having lunch. Excellent Videos mate.

What a trip. Those crossing look like fun. I am hanging out to do something like that with my wife.

Very cool letting your wife drive, I try to do the same, they need to have fun too!

Thanks mate, 100% agree with you.
The more my wife gets involved and enjoys it the more we will get to go out and about together.

Honestly best trip I have ever done and it will be a memory we'll take about forever!
