Jump under the ute. Remove the flex boot out of the way so u can see the throw out bearing fork pivot point
Have your helper push the clutch peddle in.
Now with your Newley purchased grease needle. Push it into the pivot points rubber boot. Then inject grease till the boot fills.
Remove needle. Have u helper continually depress the clutch peddle to work the grease around the pivot ball. Noise will stop.
Refit the fork boot and the job is done
Simples!

Remove the rubber boot on the outside of bell housing and look inside, there under the clutch fork and you will see the rubber boot where the fork pivots. Best to take a small flash light with you makes finding it easier.
