I had my clock spring fail a few weeks back, and took it to Sydney City Toyota, Waterloo. They were really helpful and replaced it free of charge. I did hear a little birdie say (Shhhhhh) that TA will (sorry - 'should') warrant the fix if the vehicle is less than 7 years old and has less than 200,00kms. I have a 10/06 and 175000k's. Phew!
Anyways thought Id mention it...

What exactly should I say to Toyota to ensure it gets fixed free of charge?
