Has anyone put a flexi-tank water bladder behind their rear seat and still managed to store some stuff back there?

Do a search on 'water bladder' and you'll fin lots of posts about the bladders vs tanks etc etc..

Thanks for the info on this, wouldn't have known about it if it wasn't for this site. Was easier to do than expected and works really well. Thanks to everyone for the info. Cheers

Ive fitted an ARB dual compresser behind the rear seat which are hooked up to the air lockers, plus ive run a hose down thru the carpet and mounted it for easy use for the pump up kit (2012 SR5 Dual cab) works a treat plus plenty more room for more

I have the SR with vinyl floor and drive around most of the time with the back seat folded up and secured with my dirty valuables on the floor so I don't damage my seats.
If I do this mod can I still leave it secured up? will it still be locked in by the metal or will it be swinging off the little material strap?

I dare say the strap will be the only thing holding your seat back.

These instructions made this a quick easy job. Measured 42mm, cut, filed a little bit of an angle on and all good. Good to see the brackets on my Dec 2012 SR5 already had a plastic coating from factory. Should keep it from rattling...... for a while anyway

If you watch the seat, it goes up, and then down again, when it goes down it will be secured again, the best way to test would be to raise your seat all the way up, and grab both front and back and see if you can lay it down again.

As mentioned before.. the strap is the only thing holding the seat 'up'.. this mod doesnt change this feature at all.. it still works exactly as it did before..
