not really surprising, kluger front with a standard dual cab ute body, will look nice with a lift, bar work and 33" muddies... the motor is probably fine, to many people get fixated on numbers from flywheel and chassis dyno's instead of drivability and spread of gears. the 1KD has to be one of the best all round diesel motors in a ute, having owned and driven multiple other utes its just so nice and smooth by comparison with power right across the rev range, I can't imagine the 1GD being any worse off, should be pretty reliable since its toyota's second gen CRD I think?

Interior looks like crap with the dumb iPad thing in the middle but I don't mind the look of the outside to be honest.

LED or bi-xenon would be nice, but do add more complexity and points of failure.
