Given it's on the Toyota Website and there are already a few threads on here about it I'd say it's legit.

As for the leather - I never pay for upgraded leather from factory. Unless you're looking at high end vehicles it's almost always fake/synthetic and isn't as tough as proper Full-grain or Top-grain leather. In most cases, it actually works out cheaper to have an upholstery joint refit the car with leather you buy wholesale. It can take a bit of mucking around, but once you know where to look it's easy as. I ordered a few Full-Grain skins for the Subaru, turned up in about a week. Upholstery shop had it for about 4 days and it came back looking amazing. Felt like the Lambo gallardo that was at the auto show (was the inital motivation). All up cost $3500 skins and all. Consider it if all you want is leather as you get a much tougher and easier to clean product.

The leather accented seat from toyota are real leather In the middle of the seats and a tougher hybrid on the sides to combat cracking. This is guaranteed as toyota was taken to court in 2000 over the leather seats. This is now why they are now called leather accented seats.

As for cost the drivers seat in the new black.modle electric and leather accented. is 5900 dollars. As compared to 2500 dollars for a black sr5 seat. as a complete assembly.
