I don't know whether to laugh at this or cry. haha

Looks like something out of the next Jurassic Park movie.

Mmmmm that's a nice truck. Gotta hand it to Toyota NZ - that would never happen down under (too many greenies n hippies). Even saying hunting gets you in the brown stuff over here.

? not sure I wanna know what that might stand for... or maybe you meant VC but T isn't next to V on the keyboard eh...

I expect Willie gets kitted up like that to go shoot some pig in the Uraweras. Maybe he will come across Tame Iti living in the hills dreaming of war  Imagine that for a contest!

For the aussies or others round the world that might be wondering WTF - Willie Apiata won NZ's first Victoria Cross in 2004 for being particularly tough in Afghan.

I noticed in the NZ Ad they are running the TRD wheels so I had a look at the Toyota NZ sales website and found this

http://www.toyota.co.nz/our-range/hilux ... wd-petrol/

and

http://www.toyota.co.nz/our-range/hilux ... wd-diesel/

Come on Toyota Australia you need to catch up!

Sorry about getting a wee bit off track here - Willie Apiata is obviously deserving - but NZ's first VC? - what about Charles Upham who won two VC's in WW2 - read his book when you have some spare time - amazing story, Cheers.

Willie was awarded the first "New Zealand" VC as aposed to the traditional (British) VC (part of Helen Clarke's changes)
You can do a Google search on the subject and get better information than I can give you

Love the stacks on the lux, might have to get mine done.Crumpy was a local where I grew up, tough as old bugger. Looks like luxs are cheaper back home than here in Aus?
