SR5 flares with SR bullbar

I am looking to order some SR5 style flares from utemart for my 2007 sr with bullbar. has anyone got any pics on how they will look with an SR style front bullbar, ie not flared to suit.

ive got the utemart extra wide flares on my SR bullbar. looks a little odd looking from the front but not to bad the SR5 ones would be even less noticable. ill try to remember to get a front on pic later today for ya

I thought the utemart ones were almost identical to the factory SR5 flares?

Utemart have a couple of different sizes, some the same as sr5 flares and some that are wider again. I've got some on the same as sr5 at the moment but hopefully fitting the wider ones up tonight might look at little odd from front on since I only have an sr bullbar but I really couldn't care to much about it.

I'm also in the same boat.

I have recently just purchased a 2012 SR with an SR5 tub on it but no flares. I am wanting to put a set of SR5 flares on as well.

My concern is how it will look with the factory steel bullbar on it. Is there a piece you can get extra on the bullbar to match the flares up?

This is how utemarts flares look like
a bit of a ball breaker to install
was told by supplier to install them no a hot day,
thats why i had trouble i tried to install them in winter
they are 35mm

Ive got the sr5 flares fitted to mine with the stock sr toyota bar and looks fine not even noticable.. Sorry i don't have any pics either.. will be looking at fitting the widers utemart flares ones i get bigger tyres..

I heard you can buy plastic flare parts that fit onto the edge of your bullbar to make it line up with the flares. Is this true?

Yeah apparently you can.

Yeah, I can imagine that it would look a bit dicky with the flares on the stock sr bullbar. But I could put up with dicky especially if the kit is gonna cost an arm and a leg. Let me know how it goes?

No worries mate. Mine is going in for a service this month I think so I was going to duck into spare parts and find out. Will keep you posted.

Click on 'Browse Sheds' on the toolbar, then you can scroll to the bottom and search within the members vehicles for Utemart etc to see those members with them..

Hey mate

Just called toyota here in Cairns and you can buy those parts for a 2012 SR.

It's two separate pieces.

One is the front panel that runs under the head lights from one side to the other, it is a full piece. It was $190 and the bullbar end caps for 2 was $80.

To fit the front panel piece they said I'll probably have to remove the bullbar. Which I'm not looking forward to, but we will see how it goes.
