2014 genuine toyota nudge bar fitting

Hey all,

Does anyone have the fitting instructions for a 2014 genuine nudge bar? I tried toyota manuals website but when i go to download it i get an error 403 forbidden thing, it's a PITA. I have all the brackets and can basically figure out where it all goes but not quite sure on what to remove (cut) from underneath.

Even if someone can just post pictures of where all the brackets mount and how the plastic underneath has been cut that'd be helpful.

Also, is there a trick to getting those little plastic clip bits off without breaking them... or where to get replacements (and what they are) if they'll always break getting them off.

I am, but no such luck, i keep getting a error 403 access to the specified resource has been forbidden.

Other manuals work. I'm using the part code PZQ2989220, is there a different one for 2014 hilux?

you may be a genius though andyfive as i used PZQ2989221 and that seems to have worked so whatever PZQ2989220 was must have been superseded!
