Reverse camera (aftermarket)

Hı I have a 2012 sr5 hilux with the colour screen cd/GPS etc unit. I have just purchased an aftermarket reverse camera kit off ebay for $50.

I was wondering if anyone else had one of these fitted up the the factory unit without taking it to the Toyota dealership?


I Rember being told genuine cameras must be taken back but wasn't sure if it was fibs from Toyota for extra $
