Modified ARB bash plates

Has anyone devised a way to modify arb plates to fit a drop diff kit?

Id assume that you would need to cut out the area that the crownwheel casing protrudes down and weld on something like a heavy duty dish onto the cutout area like Buds one. Have you considered selling your ARB one and replacing it with a buds one specifically designed for the job.?

Yeah i should, but the pics on the buds site don't look any different really. Plus the ones i have aren't even a year old. Haven't even got a scratch on them!! Just keen to find out if anybody had done it with success so i could save some coin.

Dogs,

As 10 luxxxx mentioned we sell a pre-fabricated section or "hump" to weld in to allow bash plates guys already own to be modified to suit our diff drop.

This is the item... it is the exact same piece that we use in our own bash plates.
Made form 4mm steel plate, all you need to do is cut out the section in your current plate and weld this one in, then give it a few coats of cold gal paint and some killrust over the top.

These weld in humps are $50, freight is free when bought with a Diff Relocation kit.
Otherwise freight is $20.

Please let me know if you have any questions on any of this, we have them in stock and ready to ship.

Cheers,
Matt
