As I have a 4.2tdi patrol I certainly didn't get my stainless snorkel and airbox upgrade just for looks . For something that costs over a grand . What a wank if you do it just for looks . And you are wrong as its needed to get more air that's why it's 4 inch and a less,restricted air box and a ram head . Equals a lot more air and not just a pretty mod

Patrol air boxes are the size of a mug... Not like the Hilux one.

Why does it matter the cost of the snorkel for looks? If money was a problem I wouldn't have gone a head with a SAS, 4 link, turbo, injectors, FMIC.
