Winch cradle into non winch bar

Hi All,

I have an ARB commercial bar fitted to my lux which painfully isn't winch compatible. Has anyone bolted/welded a winch cradle into one of these?

If so where did you buy the necessary parts (or did you have to fab them up yourself)?

Further, does anyone know somewhere in Melbourne or Gippsland that would fit this out?

It'd have to be all custom made man as it's not a cradle, it's all built into the bar amd braced into the structure.
