Rocker cover oil leak

Adjusted the valve clearances about three years ago, new rocker cover gasket installed, torqued the nuts etc. now seems that there is an oil leak pretty much right round the rocker cover. Would a nip up of the bolts be sufficient or should I get a new gasket and get it done.
