Help please 04 5le engine codes

Hi guys. I went on a club trip today and had a mishap on starting the engine.
It had developed a light rattle under the hood that I was struggling to pinpoint. It seemed near the air con pump area.
Now I had completed a hazard and shut the engine down to wait for my mrs to jump in.. So I turn the key and it semi fired up and stalled. After trying again it had a knock that sounded like it was detonating due to timing?
The code was checked by my buddy to be 14. Is this relating to either timing or fuel pump timing or something like that??
It may have slipped a tooth on the timing belt.
Any advice or codes is much appreciated.
