Engine noise 2.7 3rz

Hi guys I have a engine noise like a rattle when rpm gets above 2500rpm and a ticking noise when I back off the accelerator
Iv been reading a lot about worn out time chain guides and having the chain slapping the sides but I have no tracks or anything so I don't think it's that because they look pretty good I know the is an exhaust leak around the middle but the noises sound like they are coming from the engine also when I last changed out the engine oil I have really small bits of plastic in the oil pan has anyone had this problem and knows what it could be
Any help is much appreciated and thanks in advance
Ps if someone could tell me how to put up picture I'll put a couple up of under the valve cover

plastic in the oil sounds like chain guides. 3RZ's have a balance chain as well as cam chains. eventually, the chain will wear thru to the metal part of the guide and then maybe let go. you DONT want that to happen.
