woodruff key and keyway flogged out on crank shaft
don't really want to remove crank and weld up,
looking to liquid metal fill the crank,
and possible roll pin or pin the ballancer to the timing belt pulley
the only con i see in pinning is if it goes it takes out the belt and can cause internal issues
+ i need to mod the timing belt cover to change out belt latter as pulley won't come off unless it want to,
and other suggestions or what have you done
