Tune it chip??

Anyone got or had anything to do with a tuneit chip?? Was going to go steinbauer but a local 4x4 shop recommends the tune it over steinbauer, and there a few hundred cheaper, any feedback would b great, cheers fellas

Do a search mate, Steinbauer's proven, and there's 100's here that'll tell you that. Tune-it may give you slightly more power, but I gaurantee you won't get the reliability of the Steinbauer. There's a thread on here "Steinbauer facts and figures". Check it out.

Alternatively, look at the HKS unit or Unichip, they do more than just a chip, though you'll need to have your car tuned on a dyno for those.

Not for us Melbourners.. got a few hundred extra charged for "problem solving" from my mechanic not being able to connect to the HKS. Nonetheless, still completely worth every cent.

Not to mention, the HKS is safer than having a chip.

just do it urself i am sure it comes with instructions on which wire u have to splice and solder in
